There has been a change on the highway since the “No talking on cell phones “ law was implemented. Vehicles are parked on the shoulder of the road. Some drivers even move into a side road for a few minutes. Also, police and highways vehicles have been observed stopped so that the operator can concentrate on communicating with headquarters. Thanks guys!
But now there is a new hazard! Wild turkeys hobble, or trot, across the road in their own sweet time.
