OTTAWA _ Expensing the video game "Dance Dance Revolution" and racking up a cellphone bill of over $30,000 were two examples of government waste in the spotlight Wednesday. The Canadian Taxpayers Federation handed out their annual Terry Awards which highlight what they see as wasteful government spending.
